Government of Assam has envisaged to establish Assam Industrial and Green Growth Fund (AIGGF)- a SEBI registered Alternate Investment Fund. AIGGF will be established as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) with a target corpus of Rs 3,000 crore and a fund tenure of seven years. Assam Infrastructure Financing Authority has been notified as the nodal agency for administering the fund.
